Alan Green was born and raised in Spokane, and attended Lewis and Clark High School. After graduating from Western Washington University he moved to Florida to attend law school. Alan graduated early from law school in 2002, while working for one of the pre-eminent non-profit environmental and land use attorneys in the country and handling major state and federal litigation over land use issues involving development in the Florida Keys and Everglades. He advises and represents clients from every walk of life, from large businesses with national territories to individuals. Alan is truly a full service counselor, and represents clients with personal injury claims, estate planning concerns, matters concerning large and small businesses, first- and third-party insurance disputes, construction defect claims. For the past 10 years, Alan has also dedicated his practice to the understanding of state and federal gun laws and assisting clients with the restoration of their gun rights. In addition to his general civil practice, Alan is also house counsel counsel for the web and software design company, Imaginary Trout, LLC, and managing member of, and general counsel for, Montana-based fly fishing company, CATCH Fly Fishing.
Currently, Alan maintains the following licenses to practice law: Washington State Bar, Florida State Bar (retired), Arizona State Bar (as Registered In-house Counsel, retired), Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal Southern District Court of Florida, Federal Middle District of Florida, Federal Eastern District of Washington.
